Terri Spears serves as Senior Commercial Underwriter for Chicago Title’s Chicago National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She joined the Company in 1996. Terri works as a commercial underwriter, working closely with attorneys, lenders, developers, on clearance issues, coordinating, underwriting, facilitating closings, preparing title commitments, endorsements and policies, for multi-million dollar commercial transactions.

Terri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in legal administration, with an academic concentration in business & accounting, from Loyola University. She is a certified paralegal and a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association. In her free time, Terri dabbles in watercolors and also enjoys gardening and cooking. She is very family oriented.
