Gina Giannelli is Vice President and Senior Commercial Counsel for the local division of Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Chicago. She has spent over 30 years managing complex, high-profile projects located in Illinois. Fondly regarded by her customers, Gina is considered the gold standard of client service and has many client relationships that span more than two decades. At Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services’ Local Division, she manages a five-person legal staff responsible for a portfolio of clients worth over $1 billion annually.
Gina’s underwriting team helps their law firm, government and corporate clients with the coordination, underwriting and closing of large and multi-site commercial real estate transactions, primarily in Chicago. As a contributing author and a featured speaker, Gina always finds time to assist others with industry related issues. Her expertise, follow through, and dedicated personal touch are what consistently set her apart from her peers in the industry.

Gina is a graduate of the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and received her Juris Doctor at Northern Illinois University, College of Law. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Chicago Mortgage Attorneys Association and Commercial Real Estate Women. Gina resides in Chicago and loves to travel, read and spend time with Roy, a Tabby-Persian mix she rescued from the Anti-Cruelty Society.
