Deanna Wilkie serves as Assistant Vice President and Senior Escrow Officer for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Chicago, Illinois. She started her career in the title insurance industry in 2002 with the NCS Chicago operation and has previously worked for The Wall Street Journal, Fidelity Title's Boston NCS office, and Deutsche Bank.
In her current role, Deanna consistently handles high profile, multi-site closings for some of the largest REITs, financial institutions, and law firms nationwide. She closes transactions involving complex joint ventures, membership interest purchases, various financing structures, defeasances, and 1031 exchanges.
