Dawn Godlewski is an industry veteran of Chicago Title’s Chicago National Commercial Services (NCS) operation having joined the Local Division in 2004. Dawn provides underwriting and drafting of title commitments, pro formas and title policies for multi-million dollar commercial transactions. She works closely with attorneys, lenders, and developers to ensure deals are executed efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction. She works with buyers and sellers to provide creative solutions to complex title issues.

Dawn’s legal career started with a top law firm and she now leads in-depth seminars and industry webinars for attorneys covering topics such as “Minutes of Foreclosure”, “Surviving a Commercial Real Estate Transaction” and construction escrow. Dawn has also been instrumental in developing new policies that ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Dawn received her BA from Loyola University in 1998, and Juris Doctor from DePaul College of Law in 2002. She enjoys public speaking and is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association.
