Danielle Spencer serves as Assistant Vice President and Associate National Counsel for Chicago Title’s Chicago National Commercial Services (NCS) operation, where she underwrites multi-million dollar single and multi-site national commercial transactions. She joined the company in 2012 as Claims Counsel where she gained valuable experience in resolution and prevention of complex, high-exposure claims. Her background gives her a unique perspective and understanding of the best ways to meet customer needs and provide creative underwriting solutions.

Danielle is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association and served as the Vice President of Fidelity Development Counsel. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska in 2012 and her undergraduate degree in Business and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008.
