During his nearly 25 years with Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services unit, Chris Reyes has received increasing responsibility in various departments. Currently, he oversees the Commercial Operation responsible for underwriting and closing transactions involving all of Chicago’s trophy buildings. As the commercial real estate market evolves and the real estate closing process changes, Chris and the management group are continually working to keep NCS Chicago at the forefront of the industry. This ensures that the customer is able to rely on his group, viewing them as a partner in the process and not just a vendor providing a service.
Chris and his team are responsible for writing title policies and closing more commercial transactions than all of his commercial competitors combined. As a member of the NCS Chicago management team, Chris also leads technology and workflow productivity initiatives to help improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. His team recently implemented an entirely new production system, replacing a decades-old legacy system with the goal of enhancing Chicago Title’s already unparalleled service standards and the entire closing process for the customer.

Chris is a native of the Chicago area and attended DePaul University. He is involved in professional real estate associations including CORENET and ULI. Chris has led several technology initiatives including the launch of the NCS website and customer Wi-Fi portals, established to further strengthen the customer experience at Chicago Title.
