Lindsay Taft serves as Associate National Counsel for Chicago Title's National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Chicago. She started in the title industry in 2014 in the DC-metro area as a residential and commercial title attorney, where she worked closely with developers on condominium regime creation and registrations. Since joining Chicago Title in 2021, she has been responsible for the closing of commercial real estate transactions ranging from single-site properties to complex, national, multi-site transactions, some of which have exceeded $500 million.

Lindsay is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the DC Bar Association, and the MD Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, with a dual degree in marketing and psychology. She received her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in Washington D.C.
Lindsay enjoys live music, gardening, and spending time with friends and her husband, daughter, dog, and cat.
