Karina Cosgrove currently serves as AVP, Associate National Counsel for Chicago Title's National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Chicago. Since joining the company in 2021, Karina has successfully underwritten and closed multi-million dollar deals and assisted with multi-site national commercial transactions. Notably, Karina's first year with the company included a remarkable achievement – helping with a deal that surpassed $73 million in insurance coverage. Other accomplishments include coordinating a 50-state deed accommodation project and assisting on several large multi-site transactions for a leading real estate equity firm.
Her previous experience as Senior Claims Counsel in the Fidelity National Title Group Claims Department for five years provided her with valuable expertise in resolving and preventing complex title claims. This experience has given her a unique perspective on meeting customer needs and providing innovative underwriting solutions.

Karina received her B.S. in Criminal Justice and International Security from the University of New Haven and her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law. She loves the outdoors and enjoys an active lifestyle through running, hiking, and practicing yoga. She is also a bookworm who has a passion for sushi, travel, and wine. A Texas native, she currently resides in the Sheridan Park neighborhood of Chicago with her husband and young daughter.
